What data we collect

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address, with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. Sending is handled by a specialised provider (e.g. MailerLite or Brevo) acting as data processor.

Email contact: if you write to me, the data you share is used only to reply and handle your request.

Technical data: the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records technical logs (e.g. IP address, requests) necessary for the operation and security of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest.

How long we keep data

Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe (every email contains an unsubscribe link). Contact emails are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing, by writing to paolo@dravantaggiato.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
